Questions
Asked before you buy
How does the Baby Hip Carrier take the load off my back?
The padded waistband sits on your hips and spreads your child's weight across your pelvis instead of dumping it all on one hip and your lower back. It clips on in seconds without help, adjusts to your body, and frees a hand for a trolley or a coffee.
What age is the carrier for?
The hip seat suits babies who can hold their head up steadily and sit with support, through to the toddler years. Always keep your child supervised and their face clear while you carry them.
How does the Anti-Lost Leash work?
One soft cuff goes around your toddler's wrist and the other goes around yours. The coiled strap stretches as they explore and springs back as they come close, so they have room to roam without wandering off.
Is the changing pad waterproof?
It's water-resistant, with a polyester top and a PU-laminated lining, so it keeps spills off your bag and gives your baby a clean surface. Wipe it clean after each change and let it dry before folding it away.
Who is BabyNest for?
Parents in the toddler-chaos stage. We put together a hip carrier, an anti-lost leash and a changing pad that work together, so getting out the door is easier. If you want to clip them on and walk out the door without a 20-minute production, this is who we made it for.
What if it's not for me?
Every order comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee. Use it on your real outings, and if it's not for you, email us within 30 days for a refund. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
